About Us
Me Time Aesthetics was created as a space to slow down. A calm, welcoming environment where care is intentional and every visit is unhurried.
Rooted in a background of social work and a deep belief in human connection, Me Time Aesthetics is built around respect, presence, and trust. Each service is offered in a private, one-on-one setting so you can feel comfortable, relaxed, and fully yourself.
We see self-care as an essential part of well-being, not an indulgence. Whether you are here for a facial, manicure, pedicure, threading, lash services, or a creative experience like candle making, our focus is always the same. To create a moment where you feel cared for, informed, and at ease.
Our approach blends thoughtful technique with mindful intention. We take the time to explain treatments, products, and processes so you can make choices that feel right for you. At Me Time Aesthetics, beauty and wellness go hand in hand, and neither is rushed.

Terms of Service
What to Expect at Me Time Aesthetics
To help every visit remain calm, respectful, and seamless for all guests, we ask that you review the following guidelines.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you can settle in and choose your colour or treatment options without feeling rushed. If you are pregnant, have allergies, or any medical conditions, please let us know at the time of booking.
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We understand that unexpected situations arise. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice will be charged the full service price.

Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment so the next guest is not affected. If you are running late, please call immediately so we can advise you. Changes made upon arrival may still be charged at the full service rate

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed. Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may reduce service time.
Our services are performed with care and attention to detail. If you are looking for a quicker visit, gel polish is recommended.

Please avoid shaving your legs for at least 24 hours before a pedicure. Wear pants that do not taper from the knee to the ankle, and we recommend bringing your own sandals for comfort after your appointment.

Please allow nails to fully dry before leaving. Once you leave Me Time Aesthetics, we cannot be responsible for nicks, smears, or chips. Smudged polish can be corrected with a $20 polish change fee.

Your well-being is always our priority. In accordance with British Columbia regulations, we must refuse service to anyone showing signs of a communicable foot, hand, or skin condition.
Services cannot be performed if there is reason to believe a client has a contagious condition, inflamed or infected skin or nails, broken tissue, swelling, or open wounds in the treatment area, unless written authorization from a licensed physician is provided.
We believe wellness should never be compromised for beauty.
